Location was great, close to a lot of restaurants and shopping and only a 15 minutes drive to University at Buffalo. The room was clean although the sheets did have some stains on them. Quick check in and check out. Price was fair.
When I needed help with the remote for the tv the staff was willing to help with out a problem

Front desk guy was nice. Property serves it’s purpose. Gas station conveniently next door. Across the street is a dollar general and a pizza place as well. Not too far away from downtown either.
A no frills mom n pop motel, it's clean and welcoming. Yes, it's an older property, but care has been taken to keep it relatively current. The rooms are ample size and the beds are really comfortable. The owner is friendly and engaging.

There were flies everywhere I went to get food came back and the entire room was filled with them. Had to leave after 2 hrs bc Noone was at the front desk to assist me
Nice price. Not too far from freeway(s) or Buffalo downtown. Perfect in between spot for Buffalo and Niagara Falls.
We had to check out early, before the office was open. It wasn't a problem.

Location excellent. Room clean. Water for shower quickly hot. Comfortable for 1 person. No breakfast but was not expected. Easy wifi connection.
My covers had holes in them, the bathroom was not clean And the rug was disgusting.
Price is more on peak days, room is good But no bathroom mats
Well they had a fridge and microwave in the rooms that was nice and it was conveniently located close to where i was going.
